Team Coaching

Facilitated discussions among team members
Based on the Seven Pillars of Sustainable Performance, we facilitate team conversations that help improve communication and connection between team members. The coaching session is preceded by an assessment of the Seven Pillars of Sustainable Performance, helping participants reflect on their strengths and areas of improvement before the team coaching session.

This Sustainable Performance training provides practical tools for recognizing and addressing key performance challenges at work. Participants learn to identify barriers to effectiveness and motivation and develop the skills to communicate about them constructively.

We focus on both external factors, such as lack of clarity, insufficient feedback, or recognition, and internal factors, like limiting beliefs and negative self-talk, that can hinder performance. Through targeted exercises, participants gain a clear framework for addressing challenges and communicating their needs effectively.

3-day Performance Skills Training
Intense training for managers that gives them the tools to navigate performance challenges.

Our Sustainable Performance Leadership Training equips managers with the skills to build resilient, high-performing teams. Instead of reacting to workplace struggles, leaders learn to proactively recognize and address performance challenges in a constructive way.

The training is built around seven core skills that drive long-term effectiveness: flexible reaction patterns, intrinsic motivation, value alignment, recognition and feedback skills, positive self-talk, change resilience, and growth mindset. Participants develop their own performance strategies and interventions, ensuring they leave with practical tools they can implement immediately.

By fostering authentic discussions and real connections, this program creates a network of peer support, allowing managers to continue learning from and supporting one another long after the training ends.
